Your Document Vault is protected by the following security measures:
1) Document Vault is hosted in a Level 3 facility that has achieved SAS 70 Type II compliance, assuring ability to fulfill HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for IT infrastructure.
2) Access to the Data Center is restricted to authorized personnel by two-factor authentication including biometric scanners, and all entrances and common areas in the hosting facility are monitored 24x7 via closed-circuit cameras.
3) Document Vault uses SSL encryption while files are uploaded and downloaded.
4) Files are stored to the server disk encrypted with different keys for each client.
5) Files are stored on a private network on a back-end server that is not connected to the Internet and is behind two firewalls.
